L’art de la poterie est issu d’une très ancienne tradition qui est encore très vivante à Fès.
Les artisans potiers vous permettront de découvrir les techniques utilisées au cours de stages allant de la familiarisation à des stages d’approfondissement plus longs.
Les stages se déroulent directement dans les ateliers des artisans où vous découvrirez les techniques traditionnelles, encadrés par des artisans potiers qualifiés.
Notre objectif est de soutenir le développement le renouvellement de l’artisanat local, en grande difficulté compte tenu de la difficulté de recruter des apprentis et d’organiser la diffusion et la distribution des produits au dehors du Maroc. Nos tarifs comprennent la rétribution des artisans.
Durée : 3 heures le matin + 3 heures l'après-midi, pause thé, matériel fourni, temps de transport inclus.
Localisation : Fès et environ
Dates ; toute l’année.
Plusieurs possibilités de stages sont possibles :
- Découverte : un jour
- Initiation : deux jours
- Approfondissement : trois à sept jours

Tarifs préférentiels pour l’hébergement et la pension complète ou demi-pension à Dar7louyat pour les stages longs (nous contacter).
Pottery
The art of pottery comes from a very old tradition which is still very much alive in Fez.
The potters will allow you to discover the techniques used during courses ranging from familiarization to longer in-depth courses.
The courses take place directly in the workshops of the craftsmen where you will discover the traditional techniques, supervised by qualified potters.
Our objective is to support the development and renewal of local crafts, which are in great difficulty given the difficulty of recruiting apprentices and organizing the dissemination and distribution of products outside Morocco. Our prices include the remuneration of the craftsmen.
Duration: 3 hours in the morning + 3 hours in the afternoon, tea break, material provided, transport time included.
Location: Fez and around
Dates: year round.
Several internship possibilities are possible:
- Discovery: one day
- Initiation: two days
- Deepening: three to seven days
Prices: (including transfers to workshops, equipment, tea break; do not include drinks, etc.).
Preferential rates for accommodation and full board or half board are offered at Dar7louyat for long-term internships (contact us).
The workshop can be tailor-made.
You can choose the number of modules you want from initiation for beginners to a more deep teaching of the art. One module is 3h long and costs 55 €/person.
You can purchase the amount of modules you wish, from one module to one week (10 modules).
Please purchase the right number of modules regarding the number of persons attending the workshop and the number of half-days you want to practice (ex : 3 persons for one day is 3x2 = 6 modules…).
L’atelier peut être modulé sur mesure. Vous choisissez la durée (un module = 3h = une demi-journée). Vous pouvez choisir une simple initiation de 3h jusqu’à un stage approfondi d’une semaine (5 jours = 10 modules).
A la commande, merci de calculer le nombre total de modules que vous souhaitez (ex. 3 personnes pour un atelier d’une journée = 3x2 = 6 modules, etc.).
