I don't actually know how we found Dar 7 Louyat . Our stay at Dar 7 Louyat was one of the first things that came together for our stay in Morocco and it was our first stop. From our driver at the airport to our informal “bellhops” twists and turns in the medina, Dar 7 Louyat warmly embraced us and welcomed us to Morocco.

Trek from Medina to Jebel Zalagh: a wonderful experience
Zalagh mountain is well known in the city of Fez as it is easy to see from every Riad's terrace and many places in the Medina and the new city of Fez. Hiking to its peak is a wonderful experience, while you will be walking through a beautiful countryside and meeting with its landscape, flowers, animals especially donkeys, and the people working in the fields. The Rocky pathways while climbing to reach the highest peak makes it an outstanding experience for mountain lovers. A walk in which you will enjoy an admirable panoramic view of the three sections of the city of Fez, the old Medina, the new Fez, and the new city.

The Takafes Center for Art and Cultural Innovation, LaboratoireBx (Bordeaux, France), and Dar 7 Louyat are launching an artist residency and exchange program as part of a partnership between the two artist residencies in Morocco and France.
For its first edition, this participatory residency invites painter and founding member of Laboratoire Bx, Laurent Chiffoleau.
The 14th edition of the International Amazigh Culture Festival will take place from May 11 to 13 in Fez, organized jointly by the Fez-Saïs Association and the South-North Center.
Organized in partnership with the Fez-Meknes Region and the BMCE Foundation, this cultural event is part of an effort to promote Amazigh and folk culture.
This edition, which will feature a host of Moroccan and international scholars, will explore the historical, social, and civilizational significance of culture’s role in the democratization process, while also examining ways to strengthen intercultural dialogue, social cohesion, and democratic culture in North Africa.
