Our philosophy

At Dar 7 Louyat, our cuisine embodies the essence of Moroccan traditions. Prepared daily with fresh produce from local markets, and according to your requests. Our dishes are adapted to individual tastes and diets. Every moment at the table becomes an experience, combining discovery and comfort.

LUNCHES AND DINNERS

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner by prior arrangement. Dishes are prepared using local ingredients selected in the souks or markets of the region. We adapt our recipes to suit your dietary requirements and preferences: whether you're vegetarian, vegan, or following a gluten-free diet, every meal is designed to satisfy you.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Every morning, breakfast is served on a flower-filled, leafy terrace bathed in light, with views of the medina of Fez. Fresh, homemade products—bread, Moroccan pancakes, artisanal jams, local honey, and freshly squeezed orange juice—make up this simple, soothing moment to start the day off right.
