Special conditions
In the event of cancellation by us for exceptional reasons, we undertake to refund all sums paid or to offer an equivalent alternative solution.

Terms of Payment and Cancellation
1. For the rental of the entire riad or a long-term stay (8 nights or more) :
Deposit: 50% of the total amount to be paid on booking.
Balance: to be paid two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation :
More than 30 days before arrival: refund of 95% of deposit.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 45% refund of deposit.
Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.
2. For short-term bookings (one week or less) :
Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: no charge.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the full amount is due.
By confirming your booking by e-mail, you implicitly accept these cancellation conditions.
Transfers and Access
Transfers available: We can arrange airport or train station transfers on request. Please provide us with your flight or arrival details in advance. Additional charges apply, especially for night transfers (10:00 pm - 8:00 am).

Parking Bine Lamdoune (guarded day and night): a practical option for motorized travelers.
Local taxes and timetables
A tourist tax of €3 per person per night is payable on site.
Standard opening hours :
Check-in: from 2:00 pm.
Check-out: before 12:00 pm. Please contact us for any special arrangements.
